Order Delivery
We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. If an order is returned to us as "undeliverable"
we will attempt to contact you to obtain the information necessary to re-deliver the order. If an order
that is returned to us is ultimately not deliverable we will refund your credit card and cancel the
order. You agree to indemnify and hold GrauHall.com and Grau-Hall Scientific Co., Inc. harmless from any
claims, losses, or damages resulting from not receiving an order when the carrier (either UPS, USPS or
FedEx) has confirmed delivery of the order.
Undeliverable/Refused Packages
Undeliverable/refused packages will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
